The off-leash area is open to all dog owners who register their dog(s) and pay the applicable annual registration fee. You must be the owner of the dog(s) and at least 18 years of age to register for Columbia DogPark. Registration is valid from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31 Once your application has been processed, you will receive an official Columbia DogPark dog tag for each registered dog. All registered dogs are required to wear their assigned Columbia DogPark dog tag while inside the park.

Registration for access to the park and receipt of a Columbia DogPark dog tag is dependent upon the receipt of payment and the following required documents:

  1. Copy of valid state ID or driver’s license, or CA membership account number
  2. Copy of current animal license
  3. Copy of current rabies vaccination certificate for each dog registered
  4. Signed Columbia DogPark Off-Leash Application and Acceptance of Risk and Release of Liability Waiver Form

Columbia DogPark dog tag(s) may be picked up at Columbia Association’s Open Space Management Office during regular business hours or mailed to your home address.You may also register in person at our office location.

CA’s Open Space Management Office is open on these days and hours:

  • Through November 14, 2019: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm
  • From November 15, 2019 through February 28, 2020: Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-5pm, and Friday from 8:30am-4pm
  • Beginning March 2, 2020: Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm

Annual registration is $35 for residents of CA-assessed property and $70 for nonresidents, providing unlimited daily visits during regular park hours. 

The annual registration is valid from January 1 through December 31 and includes an official Columbia DogPark dog tag. Dog tag(s) must be worn by your dog to let others know that your dog has been safely vaccinated against rabies.

Columbia DogPark Daily Visit

For daily visits: We accept cash only at Columbia DogPark. As of May 1, 2019, the daily visit rate is now $10 for residents of CA-assessed property and $20 for nonresidents. You must be able to present proof of current rabies vaccination for your dog(s) during a daily visit.

For annual registration: We accept checks and most major credit cards at our office (9450 Gerwig Lane). Checks should be made payable to Columbia Association. We do not accept cash for annual registrations.

Columbia Association staff monitor the dog park regularly to ensure those park users are properly registered and identified. Users found without proper registration will be asked to exit the park.
